Miguel Angel Rosa, an American-based artist with over 35 years experience in the advertising & design industry. Miguel worked as a graphic designer, art director & illustrator for over 35 years. Miguel has created his own surreal, abstract paintings using acrylic on canvas motivated by his mind’s freedom to create and explore endless possibilities. His visuals connect to a deeper level of the inner self while having the creative freedom to share what he sees and feels. Miguel is influenced by everything he sees and experiences in the world, allowing him to create without any limitations. He wants his paintings to awaken the human mind and hoping people are more aware of their surroundings. These surroundings and life experiences may present themselves in any shape or form and can assist in creating new and exciting possibilities in your life.
 

Rosa was born in Denver, Colorado, where he grew up and attended The Colorado Institute of Art. After graduating from The Art Institute of Colorado, Miguel moved to Las Vegas, NV where he worked as a graphic designer for 7 years. He then moved to San Francisco, CA, where he worked in The Bay Area for 25 years designing award winning logo designs, graphics, and advertising promotional materials for numerous companies, such as, Adobe, eBay, E-Trade, Sun Micro Systems, Sega Games, Johnson & Johnson Company, 7-Eleven, Apple Computers, and many more while he freelanced helping small start up businesses and painting and selling his original artworks in local Bay Area Galleries.
